All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds to the original form of payment.
If there is an issue with your order due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. If approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.
We are not responsible for customer design errors, low-quality files, or improper application of transfers. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
